Excellent post.
I also think the FA have handled the Terry thing terribly. I don't like the man, don't think he should have been England captain in the first place and then shouldn't have been reinstated.
However, to remove his captaincy based on an unproven allegation seems ridiculous. Another kangaroo court decision imo.
Don't agree with the last line. Once his case was moved until after the summer he had to go. You can't have him potentially lift the trophy of England's greatest footy success (ok I did LOL) then be found guilty of racism weeks later when there could be pictures of him with a trophy and surrounded by black players around for months. If his case was to be heard immediately he might have been ok. I think Chelsea missed a trick there. That plus the idea if there's racist chanting in the Polkraine, Terry is hardly the right figurehead against this. |

I think its a shame they never shook, but its just a hand shake. Evra is the bigger man (wp) i dont think the handshake is mandatory though. Back to football chat? |

Tbh it was obvious it was going to happen. Suarez feels (rightly or wrongly - I'm not getting into it) that Evra has lied and gotten him banned. He was never shaking his hand imo. |

Mate pretty sure the media won't less this one go hence why I'm commenting on it. Had he just shook his hand for the good of not just Liverpool and united but the whole of football and racism within it then the whole stupid saga would be over. Instead when the two sides next meet guess what the major taking point will be?

How do we come up with such ingenious cornerstones? Two guys don't like each other, not a lot to see here imo but I guess everyone takes it as they will. |
