Liverpool in solidarity with the FA and their respect campaign, which also goes hand in hand with kick racism out of football
Absolutely disgusting for a team of their standing
They have been nothing but disappointing in this whole saga and it just continues!
No doubt the Liverpool fans will continue to justify it.
Im sure your stance would of been the same if the shoe was on the other foot. Erm ok! I would point out that the player who was ACTUALLY wronged was more than man enough to offer his hand Not in Suarez's opinion.

I don't think this is the most helpful thing ever... Police have been confiscating fanzines because of it. That is just disgusting and the publisher should be both ashamed and charged

Mate pretty sure the media won't less this one go hence why I'm commenting on it. Had he just shook his hand for the good of not just Liverpool and united but the whole of football and racism within it then the whole stupid saga would be over. Instead when the two sides next meet guess what the major taking point will be?
Unfortunately this is true. Hopefully we don't meet again until December and it'll be dead and buried by then.

Baron- understand they don't like each other but again both players have a responsibility to think about the wider implications of their actions. Surely suarez would have understood what a shit storm he was going to stir up by not shaking his hand

Very much this! It is amplified by the narrow minded nature of football fans! As for the comments relating to why should they shake hands, go and read up about the respect campaign and educate yourself a little?

footballing issue for discussion.
Why does Kenny play one of the best attacking midfielders in the world as a holding midfielder in front of the back 4?

Honestly, I would have hoped so yes - Dalglish even said before he thought Suarez would shake hands. (I was far less convinced) I don't think LFC will be terribly happy in house tonight let's put it that way. I'm not getting into the racism case again, all I am saying is if I was in Suarez's shoes and believe what he clearly does that he has done nothing wrong (in his opinion) then I'm not sure people expecting the handshake was warranted.

Funny isn't it - Rafa got hammered for not playing Gerrard in the middle of a 4-4-2.

If I was in Suarez's shoes I figure when I pull on the Liverpool shirt I leave my personal opinions in the dressing room and do the best for my employers who are paying me millions to be a professional.

I would be 99% sure LFC will think exactly this also.
