Just my 2 cents lol

I think you have every right to put your 2 cents in. Shame you seem to think that anyone who disagrees with you on this subject should not put theirs in.

This is the General Discussion forum is it not? If you put a post up you can be pretty sure that people will discuss it.

How can anyone complain about something their not interested in, if you dont want or need the job then why comment. Just because your paid more or get more holiday doesn't mean its an automatic entitlement. No-one is dumb enough to advertise a job with anything that is contrary to employment law... therefore if a certain amount of holiday is advertised and thats fine!

I'm pretty sure some people have posted up jobs that break employment laws but in this case it does not appear to be the case. As long as the salespeople are paid for bank hoidays then they can count as part of the minimum of 20 days for a full time employee.

The key geographic locations are the North West, North East, Scotland and Yorkshire

An OTE of 20k is far too much to be paying northerners ... i reckon the job is OVERPAID !! Wink

The key geographic locations are the North West, North East, Scotland and Yorkshire but we may expand this if the right candidate applies.

Lets see you jump

I think that this falls into the "monkeys and peanuts"scenario, plus a company car nowadays is not a benefit, it's a liability.

More companies should look into travel allowances rather than the PAYE employee forking out each month on a benefit in kind

I don't know about you but I would quite like having a car for which I did not have to pay the garage bills. I am fairly sure that the bills I would not have to pay would more than cover any additional tax. Perhaps I've just got a crap car. Current ailment - windscreen wipers have stopped working. Doh!
