Due to a misunderstanding, (snoops is NOT in fact available to attend) there is ONE spare Invite left for Saturday Night's Matchroom Premier League Launch Party.
First come, first served.
I shall be submitting the Final list to Matchroom at 3pm.
Gotta go now, I'm late - just got up, & I need to get to Feltham sharpish.

I'm afraid Ding will not be there, as it happens, she has a very big Clinic "Do" this weekend (Celebs & all sorts will be there, quaffing champers) which means she's not available, but the delightful Claw will be. Not too late to change your mind?......

Regrettably, all the Tickets have gone now.

I'm sure you can sort something out for the loveable crow... How did the 'main' cash game go?

As it happened, by an accident of timing, two more tickets did just become available, but a long-standing female blonde has got in quick, & earmarked them.
The Main Cash Game? OK, I only stayed an hour, & nicked £300. My mood was not right for it by then. Not Luton's finest night, by a long way, argument after argument ffs, all they need to do is publish the Rules & stick to them! But that's a story for another Post. Maybe.

Help, please.
Tonight, we have Billy Bonds, (MBE!), & Ricky Villa on the Show. Genuine Footie Legend blokes.
I've got my usual "research pack" that Sky give us, very thorough it is, too, I've had a bit of a google, (note, "google" is a verb now) & I was into footie in their day, & actually watched both play many, many, times.
But if anyone has any particular Bondsy or Ricky story, please let me know.
The mystery of Bonds was how he never got to play for England, U-23 apart. Anyone got any clues on that? By coincidence, he & I share a birth-date, (well, almost....) though he, amazingly, is a good few years older than me. (Fact - he is). Who'd have thunk?
I'm also curious as to why Ricky is currently in the UK - anyone know?

Proably because Argentina played at Hampden last night, and I've heard him do a lot of media around Maradona and that game

My god ... Ricky Villa's autograph please pops !!
Legend ... His goal against Man City in the cup final was the best ever goal scored.
Keep an eye on Garth Crooks in the background, ghosting the shot

Bonds, was one the bench for England in one game. Probably didn't get caps because at his peak WHU were a 2nd division side
Still, these days, he'd have got many many caps. Excellent wholehearted player, the John terry of his day.

No prob - do you want mine, too?
I plan to try & get a 'photo with them too - they were HUGE stars in their day.
I believe that Goal was voted Goal of the Century at Wembley - yes?

Yes - and an interesting series of connections between he & Harry Golden Redknapp, & the Lampard father & son, if I'm not mistaken.
