Byron was nevertheless older than the tragic figure of John Keats:

I shout out the word "Keats" to every non science question on University challenge, it comes up once a series guaranteed.

Ha!
Honest, Tom, it is a true story. I saw reference to Shelley next door, looked it up so that I could give a reasonable reply, & chanced upon that Poem, which, unlike most poetry bollox, I could at least understand.
Even without that, I Wiki'd his life story, & he was quite some bloke.
I think you are just worried thgat my Diary is taking the cultural high ground these days. We even had big number things here yesterday.

Not a classical music round goes by where I don't apply the simple test of:
- loads of violins: Vivaldi
- loads of harpsichord: Bach
- loads of noise generally: Wagner.

That's the one. Peters is on Winchester parade, which is off church street. If you fancy some fine dining when you're next in Edmonton.

Vegas WSOP Hotel Rates.
Thank you for all the comments, help & advice.
I'm still not 100% sure I can be there, but the weirdest thing happened today - I went back to look at those ridiculous Rio rates, which, if you recall, averaged $270 per night, compared to the usual average cost there of about $110.
They are quoting these prices now. They are in 11 night periods as you cannot book longer Online, but once there you can extend easily.
An average of $75 per night during the WSOP Main is a great deal imo.
FRI 06/07/13 $142.20
SAT 06/08/13 $144.60
SUN 06/09/13 $82.80
MON 06/10/13 $69.60
TUE 06/11/13 $100.80
WED 06/12/13 $119.40
THU 06/13/13 $119.40
FRI 06/14/13 $149.40
SAT 06/15/13 $149.40
SUN 06/16/13 $119.40
MON 06/17/13 $115.80
Avg. Per Night$119.35
WED 06/19/13 $77.40
THU 06/20/13 $113.40
FRI 06/21/13 $179.40
SAT 06/22/13 $179.40
SUN 06/23/13 $179.40
MON 06/24/13 $85.20
TUE 06/25/13 $73.20
WED 06/26/13 $76.80
THU 06/27/13 $71.40
FRI 06/28/13 $142.80
SAT 06/29/13 $149.40
Avg. Per Night$120.71
MON 07/01/13 $79.80
TUE 07/02/13 $79.20
WED 07/03/13 $82.20
THU 07/04/13 $76.80
FRI 07/05/13 $107.40
SAT 07/06/13 $119.40
SUN 07/07/13 $71.40
MON 07/08/13 $65.40
TUE 07/09/13 $59.40
WED 07/10/13 $47.40
THU 07/11/13 $41.40
Avg. Per Night$75.44
So that is MUCH better.
Those are without any possible WSOP or WSOP Media rebates.
Ooh, the temptation.....
Alternatively, I could always stay at The Gold Coast, I think Neil said it would be arout $1,500 for a whole month.
I dined there with Jen Mason & Andy Black the year Andy finalled, & I seem to recall having breakfast there every day with Jen, when we finished Updating, it was $5 for a monster brekkie. Think I ate brekkie there with Methuselsah 7 or 8 years back, too.
God, I so want to go back this year.

I checked the rio 2 or 3 weeks ago and am sure that it was only $200 for those first 2 nights, now it looks like it is more than double that. Looks like I was a bit dumb to not book it then. Will have to try and book something later today, maybe the Palms. Cheers
If you have not booked, now is the time.
