Seat allocation sorted - "20K", which is the very front row, window seat. Right behind the pilot. I'll see if he'll let me have a go. 

Today's flight, due to take off at 11.25, took off at 11.20, & is now expected to land at 13.45. Hopefully no later, but definitely no sooner.....

The story that just keeps going on......

Two folks have already been to prison, & had their lives, reputations & careers destroyed, now a Judge is charged with perverting the course of justice.

All over a speeding ticket?

Affairs of the heart run very deep.

It matters not whether we like these people or not, it is beyond belief that something so small became so life-affecting for alll 3 of them.

Incredible, & oh so terribly sad.

In the original, the headline described the subject of the article as "Judge Constance Briscoe" and the picture caption said "Judge Constance Briscoe QC"; she is not a QC, and while her role as a recorder makes her a part-time judge, the title "Judge" is properly used only before the names of full-time judges.
