Found a hand at last, Big O, fella raises into my BB, and I have......
I pot it, he flats.
We see this flop.....
I get my last 15,000 in, he has no hearts and a worse low, but he gets there somehow in the weirdest fashion.
BUSTO.
That's it, game over.
Night all, thanks for the rail.
The fella that
banana'd
me was at the far end of the table, so I was not entirely sure what his exact hand was, but The Animal was at that end & has confirmed this morning the coup was that he flopped 2 pair, improved to the boat, then a pesky 3 counterfeited my low.
Bit of a bugger, I was in great shape v his holding, but never mind, we wanted the call.
It's probably just an annotation error but you don't appear to have a low to counterfeit.
You are probably right, an annotation error, but Animal saw the hand from his end of the table, (he was next to the villain) & told me this morning I did turn the low but got counterfeited.
Whatever way we peel it, the result was the same.....

This is the run out, Simon, though the Venetian $600 Big O depends on whether I make day 2 of the WSOP $1,500 PLO8, & I'm not 100% certain to be available for the $3,000 WSOP PLO8, it depends if Next Door mind me taking a bit of time away from my duties. I have to be right by Sky, as they have looked after me very well whilst I have been over here. So we have either 1, 2 or 3 bullets remaining.
WSOP, Sunday 3rd July, 3pm, $1,500 PLO8
Venetian, Monday 4th July, 5pm, $600 Big O
WSOP, Thursday July 7th, 3pm, $3,000 PLO8

There was another huge rainstorm late last night, which caused ponding in front of The Venetian, & I took this rather odd photo.
Don't suppose David Bailey or Lord Snowden (assuming he is still with us?) will lose any sleep, but I was quite pleased with it.

And that's the other advantage of using BANANAS instead. We're gonna have a bunch of em by the end of the week.

Had to consult Mr google, who tells me Lord Snowden is still in good shape, aged 86. David Bailey, meanwhile, is a mere 78.

Ponding?
Looks more like the roof has sprung a lake.

I registered last night for today's $1,500 WSOP PLO8. Seat 2 is just about the nut worst seat for me, was really hoping for 4, 5 or 6, but never mind.
It begins at 3pm Vegas (11pm UK).
7,500 starting chips, blinds start at 25-50, 1 hour levels, with Late Reg up to the end of Level 6.
Last year's renewal attracted a field of 815 hopefuls, & 814 bananas.
