Good luck Tony

Thanks Paul (NTTP), how are things with you, all ok? Still golfing at Horsley Lodge?

Rev that diary of yours up, it is much missed.

Had to look NTTP up but got no joy.

Morning Sir.
It's good to wake up to news of your continuing adventure.

SCOO is, strictly speaking, 4/7 of the full pot, might I suggest that you add a little emphasis by recording a full pottage as SCOOPIO! this would allow for quartered, SC, halved becomes SCOO,
and, indeed, the SCOOPI

In an ideal world we would of course cover the situation where we get sixthed, somehow I doubt you will approve the use of the additional four exclamation marks that I had in mind Smiley

Keep ripping

Bit ore-occupied here, will reply to Mere and David later.

Got frozen out in level 7, never played a hand, so we dribbled down a bit.

12,000 with blinds now 300-600, so 20 Bigs. Been in tighter spots I guess.

261 remain of the original 732.

PS to Mr Mere;

NTTP was a typo - should have read NTPP.

Clue - his real name is Paul Jackson.

Shortie moved in for most of his stack, I repotted with..... Two Clubs

Then the fella behind rejammed. We can't fold, nor can we be in dreadful shape.

All in.

They both have A-K-3-X.

So I am behind at the top (but more outs) but in pole position at the bottom, so if a low comes we are in good shape for half at the minimum.

Door card was the worst card in the deck, a Deuce, effectively killing my low, but on the 2-Q-4 flop I have 2 pair, and they are both drawing to the nut low, so we have flip-flopped. The turn was a 9 to give me 3 pair and I scoop if I hold, but have a ton of cards to swerve. Any high card or pair up please Dealer, then I scoop.

River was a farking 5, so they both river the wheel.

Bit of a bugger, that deuce was a horror card.

That's it, game over. Pretty disappointing end, but it plays itself.

Night all.

FFS! Could've saved myself 3 pages of rambling nonsense if I'd just skipped straight to the massive spoiler.

The schedule has this for Monday......

Venetian, Monday 4th July, 5pm, $600 Big O

That is incorrect, it is TUESDAY, not Monday.

So, instead, & in addition, we'll head across to Planet Hollywood for the $240 PLO8 which starts at 11am this morning. (7pm UK).

That's the most interesting thing I've read in this diary for ages.

What a great thing to have tattooed on your nose.  (When I say your nose, I mean one's nose obv).
