I've found some of his 4 stone Grin

Well done, Keith!

Excellent stuff. I remember him saying he had cut bread and stuff out a while back to shift some timber.

That's all he has done - cut out chocolate, sticky buns & that sort of thing.

I'm the same. You'll not see me near a sticky bun these days.

The room at Renaissance Hotel St Pancras is called The Hansom Room. Highly recommended, beautifully light and airy.

The sarnies & pastries were pretty decent too.

Note that posh people call them pastries, not sticky buns.

It's a struggle, but ditching some timber has definitely helped me move less slowly. Can't really say more quickly, as there is nothing quick about it Cheesy

As for the sticky buns. I bet the Nugget & Venetian can't wait for you to be back!

Unless my eyes are deceiving me that's a smoked salmon roulade - I quite fancy a bite of that right now.

I'll bet Keith scoffed that lot before you could say Jack Robinson.

Has the bottom pic been reversed, like a mirror image?

Bump.

Or reception as we called it when checking in.

My watch is on my right wrist, as I am left handed.

Well in this admittedly poor picture of you, taken by me back in the days before good low-light phone cameras and hair dye, you must have been right handed.

Is that photo a mirror-image?

PS - I honestly don't know the answer to why my watch swapped sides, so I ran a bluff which appears to have been called. Where & when was that photo taken Tom?

I appear to be wearing a Wm Hill shirt, so that suggests 2004 or 2005. Just the 13 years ago. And white trousers. Lordy.

It was taken at junction 10 Walsall Tone, I don't know when though.

Here's another snap that shows your watch on the right (and by that I mean left) hand.
I'm guessing this was taken ~ 2006.
