List of Stakers as of 10.30am 7th May

Note that these are provisional only, everyone is BOOKED but nobody is committed.

In a week or so, we'll sort out the payment details & dates.

It's great to see so many season ticket holders on the list, too.

booder 1%

redsimon (via PM) 1%

Longines 1%

KarmaDope 1%

Marky147 1%

SteveSwift 1%

Supernova 1%

Mohican 1%

Ch10mpy 2%

bobalike 2%

Markycash 1%

NewportLad 1%

Machka 2% (Aaron, if you really want 5%, it's not a problem, a few of the bigger buyers such as Mere are likely to be AWOL this year so there should be enough)

Animalpoker 1%

Engy 1%

HutchGF 1%

(19% booked)

In that case can I make it 5%.

If Mere is not available to run the spreadsheet this year and nobody else steps up (unless RED-DOG is released from his national security obligations) then I will give it a shot.

Can't guarantee Mere's usual witty analysis, effeciency or accuracy, but you get what you pay for right?

Thanks Aaron - I'm not quite sure if Red is on board or not yet, he's gone all hush hush.

I was just hoping that the thought of me doing it would horrify Mere so much that he would be forced to come back and do it.

If Mere did return, I would break with tradition and common sense and take 1%. God help me.

Before I do the Stakers Update, a quick shout out to Grant, aka Longines.

I was shocked to hear earlier this week that he has joined Team Angioplasty.

He's still in hospital if I have read the coup correctly.

Best wishes for a speedy recovery mate.

Oh my. Best wishes mate

Go on then you'd better put me down for 1% like those Hells Angels chappies or I'll feel like I'm getting my morning squeeze under false pretences.

Many thanks Mr T and everyone else, I'm touched. Went to bed Sat night and thought I'd pulled a muscle, was trying to stretch it out when Mrs Long suggested a trip to A&E may be required. Blood tests confirmed a mild and had the Angio yesterday.

Apparently it's a borderline case between stents and a bypass, decision to be made shortly.

On #InternationalNursesDay I have to say they are all truly fantastic, the level of care shown has been humbling.

Can I have 1% please Teeks?

Can do bank transfer, pigeon carrier, or possibly cash in Vegas (but I'm only there 29th May - 5th June so would have to fit with your schedule)

Arse. The first bypass graft will be from a leg, the second from an arm and the third from the chest. And a 10 day wait as an in-patient for theatre space whether I go private or not.
