Ul mate
Hopefully see you at aria today .
Another deep run is great so try to take the positives from it.

It could be worse , you could have got back to your room late last night and wasted 90minutes being forced to change rooms.
( legionarraire cleanse , they are working through the floors)

Totally my fault apparently as I ignore phone messages in hotel rooms everywhere as I'm not interested in welcome messages or housekeeping asking me if I want service when don't disturb sign is on nonsense that 99% of messages are.   Sad

Unlucky teeks.

Don't be too downhearted. You're playing in very big fields. It's not easy.

Good luck for the next๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฟ

Morning all.

Struggling with the Internet in my room so can't access my lappie this morning, so ippy only and therefore gotta keep it brief. I can only type so fast with one finger.

Thanks for all the kind messages.

Last night hurt a bit, bound to so close to the money, and when looking 0/6 in the eye. If I run with a bigger stack these things don't happen so much though, but I seem to lack the gamble these boys have.

I had no problem with the lad's little speech, I wanted his call and it was not said in a smug or smartarse way. It was nip and tuck after the flop, but he did a get. No complaints.

Saw Marky in the Rio corridor as I was trudging back with a lip on. He had come to bok me but got his timing all wrong.

The plan today, as per schedule, is the $465 PLO8 at Aria. Feel like I am dropping down to a seller after the heady heights of the WSOP.

Starts at 11am, which is in just over an hour.

No idea if it has a workable wifi.

Animal, Doobs and Tal will all be there too, so maybe we will have a fun day. Be great to share a table with some or all of them.

Will get up to date on other diary stuff when I get back on the lappie, tonight or tomorrow. Keep those "Top 10 News Stories" lists coming please.

AK75 plays well against aces?

I hate that BS could have left him away with my hand looks pretty.

They come out with some shitty reasoning over here infuriatingly

The speech is annoying, but the call looks fine, especially with that stack (guessing he is getting 2/1 though we don't have blinds).  Tikay doesn't always have aces even when he puts it on a neon sign above his head, and he has the odds anyway.

Don't think villian should get away anywhere.  We just ran a bit bad at the end.

Anyway positives, can't remember ever lasting longer than Teeks despite a fair few comps in common.  He can't be doing too much wrong.

I have seen worst speeches!

Remix version is better!

I'd have knocked her out.

Paul fowlersteady on 70 k

Paul was the lad on the button who raised it up into 4 limpers on my exit hand.

I saw him later - nice lad - and he apologised for how the hand played out. I told him no need to apologise, he did exactly what I had hoped someone would do. I needed someone to pop it up to give me enough pot sized leverage to get my 20 Bigs in. The hand played out precisely as I had planned and hoped. Except for that chuffing 4 on the river.

Good luck to Paul today, hope he makes day three,

Seems a decent table, except that most of them are old.
