Imagine you have a really well behaved child, one that you have taken great pains to teach good social skills and excellent manners. Then imagine someone comes to visit and encourages them to break all the rules and behave really badly.

Well Tony does that with my dog. (I'm sure he's doing it just to wind me up)

Notes on bits of paper don't re-send.  Try that next time.
