I'm a little busy elsewhere this morning, but will be back here later today.

To save more guesses (though I'm rather enjoying them - or those I understand) someone HAS given the correct answer, including extensions. Wink

It was a lucky guess.

Google is my friend and I am no longer interested. Although I once arrested a gentleman who worked at Bedford hospital in the dead people department who was very interested. I thought the term sounded familiar but I definitely thought it was something else!

They have a dead people department?

Is that like a BT Call Centre?

I've done 4 Shows in the last 2 days, including two pre-recorded Xmas Specials.

But I drew the line at dumbing it down, & dressing up in Xmas outfits & pantomine stuff, I'm sorry, I have my dignity, my professional reputation, to protect.

I told them straight - NO WAY.

Very similar because the phones don't get answered in either place.

Did they have many out-patients in that department?
