I can only imagine what a guy with proper old school ethics, a guy who posted on here pleased as punch he'd finally settled his mortgage without missing a payment, makes of this rats nest.

I'd like to report the truly shocking slow roll our glorious leader perpetrated upon Chinese Georges wife/daughter/geisha/sex slave with trip aces..
to be there was to witness the fall of a great man...to a level now to be known as Blatchitis...
I cannot tell you how embarrassed I was by that. I actually wrote to a close friend about it this morning, after he wrote to me & asked how my day had been, as he knew I had some nettles to grasp yesterday, so I've C & P'd the relevant part my note to him below......
Playing the £100 at Luton yesterday, Blinds are 200-400. I pick up Aces first to act. I try to make it 1,500 with 1 x 1k chip, & 1 x 500 chip. As my hand crosses the line I drop the 500 chip by mistake, but the 1k chip is still in my hand. I know the score here, & the Rules, (& I never argue in these spots), & shoot the dealer a quizzical look just to confirm. He says what he has to - "sorry tikay, has to go as a call". "Fair enough" I readily admit.
I then announce to the Table "just to be clear guys, I'm not angle-shooting, I have a hand & fully intended to raise, that was a genuine mistake. I need you to know that".
Absent-minded Chinese girl has her i-Pod on, & is busy texting on her 'phone, & makes the flat call without even looking up from her 'phone. Rest of table raise eyebrows at Chinese girl - they KNOW what I have! - & all fold - indeed much laughter ensues when the BB, who simply has to tap the table, MUCKS his hand pre-flop! "I know what tikay has". Thanks mate, I think.
Flop comes down A-8-2 rainbow. Err, check. Chinese girl, still without looking up, shoves her entire 7k stack (blinds 200-400) over the line. I have to mumble an apology as I embarrassingly say "call" & flip my set. She had A-9. A game of skill.

I have promised myself I will find time to get on blonde every day. Hope I keep that promise.
I think that deserves an answer.
I failed, & it weighs heavily upon me, every day. And I still intend to do that. It's just been "difficult".
"Difficult" is not quite right. Time, or lack of it, really.
I have a new job - it's the love of my life, & I'm driven to try to do it well. And insecure - incredibly insecure. I've always been hugely insecure, & that's why I, shall we say, got by in life, giving my best + a bit on top.
The job is in a very complex internet-based business. It's a hugely profitable & succesful business, but one I'm struggling to get my head across some areas. Some of it I'm supremely good at, the people skiils side of me see to that, & I do it incredibly well. Other parts are a bit of a challenge, & I'm failing dismally. And that hurts. My Boss rung today, & I swore he was going to sack me,
because I did not expect a call today
. And I don't like unexpected things, they scare me. Which is plain daft, because I'm reasonably wel-respected by the Suits over there. So that's a real challenge, & I adore being challenged, but it causes me problems in my head, too.
And some of my work - Shows etc - are fee-based - &, mark my words, that won't last forever, so I want to enjoy them & do as many as I can while I'm still
compos mentis
- & I'm doing more than ever right now. So they are paying me a fortune, & it embarrasses me into wanting to do better, to give better value. So that causes time problems.
I work most days in the office, starting between 7am & 10am, depending when I wake up. I work right through until 7pm, then I "work/play" Online. It's both really. There are "tikay" badged Tourneys every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (2) & Friday. Only little ones, but it's important - in my role there - to support them all, & play them all. And it works, it helps drive numbers, incredible as it may seem.
So I adore the work, but I'm not on top of it, & I MUST get on top of it. So that's one (there are several more) reasons why I'm struggling to find blonde time. But there is (currently) & recently, a dark side to it, something has gone off which casts a cloud over some of it. Ugh ugh ugh.
I DO use time for blonde, if not ON blonde, meetings & phone calls & stuff, & shelling out money every month. I've laid out about £2,000 on blonde in the last 2 months, & that includes £450 for the Forum Hosting. So we can recruit Members like "Kill Blatch"........
I was thrilled for Flushy, by the way, & we had a number of long chats last week. What a performannce!
I talk to Tom a lot, too, & Chili, Thewy, Karabiner, & many others. But I use "dead time" (whilst driving - hands free) to ring them. Efficient use of time.
I've nearly finished "D" (Diet) now. I was 11st 8lbs on Sunday, & I begun at 16st 6lbs in mid-February. Amazingly satisfying. I did it with no artificial suplements, no books, no hokey-pokey daft ideas, just sensible "eat properly". As a result, I feel so well, full of zing & zest, & I sleep like a baby. The Diet finishes on July 1st, come what may, when I go to Vegas, & when I return, I'll quit smoking.
My health is mainly excellent (not a days off work "sick" in 46 years says it all), though I have a few minor, age-related niggles, some of which, in an odd way, I'm quite grateful for. It's a nuisance to have to get up twice in the night to have a pee, but it's a relief (sorry) that I still actually CAN. Prostate probs were the end for my Dad. The major prob is my eyes, which are going downhill fast, & are quite bad now.
Money is OK, but I seem to be able to get rid of it at an alarming rate.
I have some trouble with the Police, as my car number plate has been copied by some guy who is filling up at Service Stations across the Midlands & driving away without paying. I have FOUR prosecutions pending for that.
I've not had a Parking Ticket in 7 years, but managed 3 in 36 hours last week, including one where they towed my car away. Two were on Private Land which I had authority to be on.
I took the day off yesterday, & just chilled. Went to a duck pond, & just sat & watched. Went to Stockwood Park & saw Tom's grinding bike. Played the £100 at Luton, which was nice & relaxing - no aggro, praise be, an oasis of peace for 3 hours.
Back to the car, the phone calls started. It's reported on Talk Sport Forum that I am a cheat - that I can see players hole cards at SP in real time. Yes mate, I know I read it 5 days ago. "Do you know him?" says the caller. "Yeah, he's a friend of mine" I reply. And he WAS. FFS. Banned Members, both here AND there, cause me so many probs.
A guy, with whom I was pals long before blonde was ever thought of, fell out with me when the M3Boy thing went off, not because of Paul, but because of Charmaine's "Ban". A few weeks back he wrote me a very long note, "sorry, I was wrong, bla bla bla". And then "but I STILL think it was uinfair to ban Charmaine, she was a lovely lady".
I mean, I nearly died. What, 3 years on, he's STILL not worked out what the Charmaine Ban was about. Does he REALLY think I don't think Charmaine was lovely, a grreat loss to us, & a very sad thing? Jeez, I assume EVERYONE over the age of 2 can work that one out! So I wrote back to him again - letter # 93 I reckon, & he wrote back to ME again, still arguing the toss. Forums, ffs.
I've monitored the Blatch thing from Friday - it did not exactly surprise me, to be honest, but it always looks clearer with hindsight. I spoke to someone yesterday who TOLD ME he thought it was iffy over 6 months ago. So that gave Tighty some awkward decisions, & we chatted at length on that. And ended up - I think - making a few wrong calls. Maybe, maybe not. These shoes are not always comfy. Now Camel, who I respect greatly, is "disappointed" in me. Marv.
So, life is largely great, except when some buggers, usually Forum-related, wanna throw a bucket of cold water over it, but there is just not enough time to do all the things I want to.
Ooh, & I'm reading books again - a LOT. Its so lovely to turn the radio & telly off & read in complete peace.
There's more to tell, lots more, but I gotta go & do some stuff.

He's spoken to me over the phone about it and I know he's speaking to others in private too.
You never texted me that number, did you?
I've rung him 3 times, left a message, so I'm not sure if he's changed his number, or just blanking me.

Pretty surprised Tony hasn't commented on the Blatch scandal.
Disappointed really
.
Good afternoon.
I'm quite sad to hear that, as I see you as a senior & much respected figure in poker, & I hate to disappoint people such as you. Somehow, I do though, without even trying. If you did but know the complications there are in my life right now, many of them blonde-related in one way or another.
I have replied at length to your, & all the other, PM's on the matter, & I hope the reply gave you some food for thought. Yes, a bad, bad, do. But I did give you some things to ruminate upon, & I'm not sure those views would be well-respected in public, judging by the nature of what I've seen this last few days. (As I explained in the PM).
It is also incorrect, again, as I explained in my PM to you. I have commented on the matter, and at great length, & counselled, wisely I hope, to quite a number of individuals these last few days. I think I logged 5 hours on the phone on Friday, yesterday & today, on this subject, speaking with various people involved. The convos were private &, I sincerely hope, very constructive. (I have no way of valdiating that truth though, as I don't intend to list their names). I just think that's a more constructive approach than some of the stuff I've seen on thread, & on Facebook, & on Twitter.
I also sent, within my PM to you, what I consider to be the only meaningful, practical, & sensible way forward. Which, without a shadow of doubt, would not get the money back, but would help bring closure. And closure, at some stage, & somehow, HAS to come.
There are, for me, side issues here, too. I could do certain things to move it along, but it's pretty hard to have meaningful dialogue with people who open blonde Accounts in the name of "Kill Blatch", or threaten to smash his face in with a cricket bat.
The P4C thing was, imo, just as ghastly. But we mostly solved the problem by having a sensible & civil Meeting with them, in an Hotel in Stoke-on-Trent. We came away with a tidy cheque that night. As was that paedo we had, & the other examples I put in my PM. Smashing the guys face with a cricket bat would not have helped - I think these matters need dealing with in a slightly more realistic manner.
I must, though, give huge thanks to the Mod Team. What nightmare they've had. As for Tighty, I don't have the words right now, but what a man.
Hi Tikay, I'm afraid for me there will be only be closure once everything has been accounted for, it's no longer even about the money for me.
Hope you're well.

Tikay,
I may be wrong but you may have mistook Keith's post, obviously he can answer for himself and will but here is my thoughts for what they're worth.I noticed that you where looking on the thread for a while the other day and was hoping you would post, that was down to the respect we have for you, well at least I do and thought your posting would somehow maybe make the situation better. But really there's nothing you or anyone can say to make this any better. It is a really bad situation and I don't have any clever quotes to pick from but all I would say is money will come and money will go but the things that truly matter you'll hopefully keep forever.
Loving the post above by the way.I hope I'm still going strong at it when I'm 40 odd

Well if I did, then, I apologise.
He Posted that he was disappointed I had not commented, & he wrote to me to say "I hope my Post did not offend you, but I think some comment by you would help" or words to that effect.
So I wrote to him at length, & replied at length on Thread.
One comment is already in - (no idea what it means) - but I sense getting dragged into it & it will be like a sponge, & absorb endless amounts of time.
I've made, to genuine prople, who I respect, & previous to today, offers of practical help to move the thing forward. I'm not into all this vitriolic nonsense, or setting up daft Facebook pages, I just suggested what I thought was the only way forward. And, FWIW, "dispute resolution" was my party trick for the best part of 25 y ears. I don't expect my view to be taken on board, & I'm not sure what else I can do, to be honest.
I'm very sorry for those who have suffered financially, & would like to help in some way. But because I have not gone all over Facebook & Twitter hooting & hollering about it, does not mean I do not care, or have not done anything.
But I think I take your point, & you may be right. It's fair to say that I have a slightly different perspective to it than most might. Old people often do, either because they see things clearer, or because they have alzheimers.
For now, fair to say, the story was a jaw-dropper, but I thought the reaction to the story was even more astonishing. I have an obserssion with "stories about stories", & the nature of human reaction to them. I'm sending the baying mob round to Tony Hawward after they've done with Blatch, so they can beat the shit out of him, too - the bounder spent Sunday - Fathers day - with his son. Shocking.
How is that Bankroll Challenge of yours going - still doing it? Making money?
I hope you & yours are well, & it'd be good to see you soon.

I rung you, the day after you moved into the new place, & twice since - you changed numbers, or just busy?
How is the new place?
I hope things are on the up, bud, I really do.
