How extraordinary is the Rooney story? Terrific, compulsive watching, too. Amazing how Gill & Ferguson kept it under wraps so long, too, since Auguat 16th or whatever, & the story never really got out. I've read every line of it, & love it to bits.

It is not as awesome as the Tiger Woods tale, but that was too ugly in so many ways, & although I revelled in it, I felt sort of sad, too.

Been a great year for non-sport news stories too - I really enjoyed the volcanic ash swindle, & all but the actual climax of the Chilean Mine thing. The actual escape was an anti-climax, & the ridiculous media circus was too much.

Weird how much media attention was paid to the Chilean mine tale. Three dozen Chilean miners escaped death thanks to a miracle of engineering - truly fantastic.

Meanwhile, in China, on average, 23 miners perish in the mines every day, & you won't find a column inch devoted to that.

Can you ask them if I need to be IBM certified, please?

You need to be Certified, full stop.

PS - Still giggling at "faired income"......

I did learn a new word today, whilst LML was prepping for tonight's Show.

The convo had got to suitable clothing for the Show ("Green-Screen" does weird things), & cleavage. Yup, cleavage. Detail is important.

Anyway, it seems that to avoid certain situations, popoutage sort of, a trick called "tit-tape" is used.

Something new, every day.

Tit tape? Now there's a coincidence. That's what I've labelled my video of your old shows.

To top a bad day, I got my first Xmas Party invite today, fml.  Staff Party, too, which, down the years, I've felt are the very worst of the worst.

Even worse, it is in Leeds, so a 4 hour trek up there dreading every moment, 3 hours in the party before I can reasonably escape un-noticed, & 4 hours drive back south. Ugh.

I feel ungrateful to Sky, & suppose I am, they spend a fortune on these things. Return train tickets to Leeds, Hotel room, everything. I can't take the train, as I only travel First Class on trains, (I have an allergy) & it looks bad if I sit apart from everyone else. So a big thank you to them. Ish.

Atilla has her eye on me, too, & when I suggested I may have to swerve it, I got one of those looks that turn a man to stone.

Roll on Jan 1st, it's all pain between now & then.

forum set up by tikay and Colclough with a small "b" , but the company is called Blonde Poker Web Ltd.

It's a tikay thing essentially, hence bB3 and blondeites and the like
