no, not really. if you sell your max 5k and only play 1k then what do you do?

you need to sell a % and refund based on what you play, not sell a $amount and adjust %s

$100 is 1% of what you play, no matter what you play. if you only play $1k then it's still 1% plus you refund $90

Gatso beat me to it with the flaw in the plan.

I'll take 1% please, i.e. $100 worth, and will assume that you'll refund stakes not used, rather than our %'s increase.

Can confirm Markys post about Caesers deepys, the one I played ($350) got 350 runners with re entries. They simply aren't providing capicity for more than 250 players at one time, so that is pretty much the max.

The 2pm deepys at Rio are the ones getting massive fields, 900+ the day I played. They are complete crapshoot after about 6/7 levels which didn't bother me but might bother you!

Right, this is how it is going to work.

We are working with a nominal pot of $10,000.
If Tikay plays events with a total of buy-ins greater than this, he will play solely with his own money - the first $10,000 worth of buy-ins will be used for the purpose of this venture.
If Tikay plays less than $10,000 worth of events, all stakers will receive a pro rata refund.

The events that Tikay plays will be totally at his discretion but he will inform us before he plays.

I am using an exchange rate of 1.62 for pound/dollar conversion. The same rate will be used to convert any winnings/refunds back to sterling irrespective of any exchange rate fluctuations in the interim.

A 1% stake equates to $100.

To help you with your calculations here is a simple "ready reckoner".

1%     $100         £61.73
2%     $200         £123.46
3%     $300         £185.19
4%     $400         £246.91
5%     $500         £308.64
10%    $1000       £617.28
