If you have ever been to a F1 race, you know how ear-splittingly loud the cars are.

I cannot begin to imagine how loud it must be in the tunnel, though I would assume that it is closed to spectators during the race.

Grandstands & spectator paraphernalia, too......

Quite spectacular views, I thought.  As a F1 race, it's a Mickey Mouse as it gets - so narrow! - but those views across the harbour, all the boats & stuff, are quite breathtaking.

This Grandstand is in Casino Square, with The Cafe de Paris to the left of it, the Grand Casino bang opposite, & the Hotel de Paris to it's right.

Which is quite a view in itself, by racetrack standards. Even so, bit surprising to see people sitting in them already! The race is this coming weekend, the photo was taken last Tuesday.

This would make a half-decent Grandstand, too.

But one car stood out a mile, head and shoulders above everything else, different gravy.

Proper class, this.

Anyway of knowing, from the reg plate, who owns it? Right-hand drive, sporting a UK car dealership sticker, with British magazines strewn around inside.

Proper head-turner, this.

Ooohhh....

Wow.

To get some idea of the size, the scale, look at the 2nd photo, where the geezer is working on the deck.
