I popped in to check out the $50,000 and must of walked right by. Good luck.

Thanks Mr C. Disappointed, quite frankly. I rely on you to mark my card.

Back up to 30,000,

Good table now, lots of aggro merchants, perfect for re-potting.

45 left, my table has broken, been moved to a table where everyone has mountainous piles of chips, and they are preening and fettling their stacks phallic-style, with lips pursed.

45 left, blinds 800-1,600, I have 30,000.

Will wait an orbit or two to see who does what on this table, then ready the old heave-ho. Can't see any of this lot folding, so need to find some sort of hand.

Morning Tony, I've just squeezed a couple of pages and I'm delighted to see that you're still in there ripping and shizzling like a good 'un.

Just off to make my first cup of coffee, hope I've not bokked you.

Busted 38th (27 paid).

Thought I was in good shape with 7-6-5-4dd on the flop of 8-6-3dd.

Got looked up by 9-10-Q-K, no diamonds.

Instant 2 on the turn was good news, the turned 7 was horrible, and I missed the diamond redraw.

Can't really complain, never getting off that flop.

Funny you should say that.......

Was a good effort, I was quite pleased with my game, and discipline, tonight.

Unlucky Tony.  You'll get 'em in the next one.

The Welsh guy's name is Dan Owston.  Likes to ride around on a mobility scooter when he's in Vegas, but stay out of his way if he's on one.  His 'driving' skills are pretty horrendous.

Glad to see that I still retain my insta-bokking skillz Sad

Sounds like you played really well which is always good for the confidence.

TBF I think most of his 'accidents' are intended.

Food recommenations in rio?

exit through any exit, profit.

24/7 make your own burger king near the covered parking exit, tgi fridays in golden nugget 5 mins outside the Rio poker room (not wsop) exit.

or be a man and go to china town or anywhere that's not the rio, even some bins somewhere. think one of the best places in the rio was the poker kitchen which basically says it all.

There used to be a couple of okay dishes in Buzios, the bouillabaise(sp?) was one.

8.30am, Vegas - the temperature right now is 35c.

It is expected to reach 47c later today, & those levels will persist for 48 hours. 47c = just under 117f.

This "Excessive Heat Warning" was issued a few hours ago......

 http://www.google.org/publicalerts/alert?aid=2f0366bd167fef5b&hl=en&gl=GB&source=web

I stepped outside just now to get some fresh air, and the heat is ferocious, brutal.

How's the weather back home?

Yikes!  Mind yourself in that heat.  We're a 'chilly' 17 right now, but it's hitting the dizzy heights of 27c this weekend.
