David Armand did a series of these mimes but this was by far his most celebrated. This was at the Secret Policeman's Ball a few years ago.
Wow!
Never seen that before, or even heard of him. Excellent stuff, by both of them.
Did you see the Documentary on Routemaster buses the other night?
Epic.

Whatever happened to Natalie?
Jeez, I loved this video.
There is a radio station here in Miami that my wife and nieces listen to. It is the usual rnb type urban radio in the States playing lots of Rihanna, Bruno Mars, Pitbull, Usher kind of crap and never plays any music more than a year old.....except Torn by Natalie Imbruglia which it plays at least ten times a day. It is just weird....the record is nearly twenty years old. I thought it must have been rereleased but it doesnt seem so.

After months and months it eventually got escalated to the CEO who wrote a letter simplying saying 'we will miss you' and that was that. I have a feeling it was Branson (years ago obviously) but don't quote me on that.

Just found it online, but am unsure if it's 100% correct.
http://blog.loveclients.com/2011/08/29/dear-mrs-crabapple-we-will-miss-you-love-herb/
A story I overheard in a hotel-lobby bar from a Southwest pilot passing through, has stuck with me to this day. He spoke of a female passenger who traveled frequently with his airline. The woman was apparently in a constant state of disappointment with every aspect of Southwest’s service. So much so that within the company they began to name her the “Southwest Pen Pal”, as after every flight she took, she would spend the time to send the airline a written complaint.
The complaints varied from problems with in flight meals, to the flight attendants’ uniforms, the check in counters and seat allocation. Each time she wrote, as company procedure required, someone within the organization had to investigate each matter & take the time to reply.
Her final letter, littered with a shopping list of complaints, was finally pushed up the tree and landed on the CEO’s desk (Herb Kelleher), requesting that he reply personally.
Swiftly he wrote back and said, ‘Dear Mrs. Crabapple, We will miss you. Love, Herb.’”

So is Michael O'Leary, he of Ryanair. He went across and spent 6 months studying their business model, then replicated it at Ryanair.
Mind you, neither have been followed in a TV Tourney for all three hands before busting.

(Was it here or somewhere else?) - anyway - I saw an article about Ryanair replicating South West Airlines business model.
When he was brought in to advise on how to run Ryanair he just said - shut it down, it'll cost you money. But after being told that wasn't an option he followed South West Airlines lead - but he went much further than they ever did to cut the costs down to the bare bones. The bit that caught my eye in particular was that he banned the staff from ever buying pens.

Since you're back from Vegas and obviously have lots of time on your hands between 5 hour live shows, the Blonde diary, customer relations, forum firefighting etc etc I thought I'd post the link to the
series I mentioned a while ago.
I definitely think it's something you'd find really interesting to watch.
