Good spot, thank you.
I intend to go there again, probably this trip, I absolutely loved it up there.

What a great piece.
I'll try & bump into Nolan today, we chat a goodly bit about betting stuff, as you can imagine, & I'll ask his advice on taking that drive.
I'm booked to visit Grand Canyon today, but tomorrow is a possibility, although I'm going to a Show tomorrow evening.
I resume pokering on Sunday, been on Tourist Duty most of this week, but I'm sure I'll find the odd gap in my schedule to go do that drive.

Did you buy a catheter?
It would seem a shrewd investment for a man of your age and condition.
Not yet.......
There are 4,250 entrants so far for today's "Seniors" Event, most of whom currently seem to be queuing for the Restrooms or Oxygen Bars.

Are you too old to enter the seniors?

Please.
I don't play NLH these days, but I just had a wander round the Tables, and if I had not already booked a Grand Canyon trip today, I'd deffo have entered, it looks great fun. I actually regret not scheduling that event now, but so be it.
Good to see you @ the Baseball the other night, absolutely love the atmo there.

Bill Bryson is a genius.
His latest tome, "
One Summer, America, 1927
" is just a wonderful read, I can barely put it down.
He seems to find what appear to be old stories, seemingly bland & of little interest, & tell them in such a wonderfully entertaining way. His command of the English language is unconventional, but mightily impressive.
The book is really just a series of non-fiction anecdotes from America in 1927, which sounds pretty boring, but he tells the stories with great aplomb, & a lovely touch.
Best book I've read in a while, for sure.
Do try & pick a copy up, you won't regret it.

I prioritise replies, Tom. Important, interesting ones first, then the drivelly stuff.

That'd be daft Tom, I paid $20 extra for a convertible. I'm not stupid. Rent a convertible, you gotta put the hood down.
