Am wrecked today. Will explain why later, but I was up 24 hours straight yesterday, with only a 2 hour nap early afternoon. Not moaning, or making excuses, but yesterday was quite a day, on & off the table......

More on that later.

Quick nap now (I've only been up 2 hours, lol), then off to Venetian to see if we can get a wriggle on.

Think I ran pretty neutral yesterday, beat Aces once, got my Aces beaten once, & generally a fair mixture of good & bad luck, certainly no complaints. The first bullet was a bit brutal, but it's poker, it happens. 

My last hand of the day was a great spot to either double or bust, & it all came down to the river. If I swerve a club or "live" low, I get the lot, if a club comes on the river I'm busto, but it came an offsuit 7 so we chopped. No complaints there.

I do know I really enjoyed myself yesterday, I really felt in the zone at last, & had an immensely enjoyable day.

On the taxi back to the Rio, (4 of us shared) a chap reminded me of my lolworthy exit in the WSOP PLO8 2 or 3 years ago, when I pre-ejaculated with 11 left & a final table looming & went all silly with KKQJ on the button.

"How do you even KNOW my hand, never mind remember it?" I asked. "Because we sat together in it for 3 days, & I won it" he replied". Ugh @ my memory. 

Anyway, loved every minute of the game yesterday.

I know what to do today, too - get lucky or hold. It's simple, right?

Good luck to animal, too, he has a huge stack & a great chance to win this. Think he told me he was something like 0/17 on the trip so far, so I hope he gets a big result today.
