Each morning my first job is to read all the interesting overnight stuff. Then I read Tom's Diary.

Forgot to ask earlier, but is there any likelihood of a Brighton SPT in 2023?

I could be tempted into coming down for that one.

I got Alpinista at 7/1.  With some bookmakers going a fifth first 6, I'd be very tempted to just back it e/w even at 9/2.  I'd take her over Luxembourg anyway.   Way more solid.

Was looking to back Vadeni too, but should probably be a bigger price.  Feels like the ground for a shock, so maybe Mendocino if a big price?  Shouldn't really be nearly good enough, but is very much a ground thing, and if you get 6 places...

Morning Marky.

2023 Tour Dates have not been agreed with the venues yet, but if the Tour continues (most likely) Brighton will certainly be on the list. If I had to guess, early in the year. The 2022 schedule has not finished yet, so we won't know for a while.

The last stop this year?

· 18th-20th November 2022
· Manchester235 Casino
· £60,000 guaranteed prize pool
· £330 tournament buy in

Roll on '23!

Toying with Pompey that November weekend, if I can talk myself into driving the 75 miles Smiley

So in addition to my list, there's also cricket, NFL & snooker. What an age to live in, eh? And that's just this weekend.

I also watched yesterday's LPGA Golf, (Day 4 is today) where my personal favourite Charley Hull has the chance of a rare win, just her second on the LPGA.

So today it's the F1 GP, (probs just the start, as it's become a bit boring), Man C v Man U, the Abbaye, The Arc, Leeds - Villa, NFL etc.  WAL.

And Arsenal looked a real force to be reckoned with yesterday.

Whatever floats our boat, we must enjoy times like these. It's not that long ago we were all in Lockdown.

Alpinista is 11/2 fifth first with PP, which I prefer to Shy's 5/1 6 places.  Have done both because am max'd.  Also done the max on Mendocino e/w with both which is a lot smaller than it sounds.

Have taken Vadeni at 8/1 first 6 with Shy.  Think I may get 9/1 fifth first 5 later and don't want to take 9/1 fifth first 4.   Will be a controversial win with Soumillon on top.  Am a bit divided on that, you see jockey's elbowing/barging each other fairly frequently and it is clearly dangerous. Think the attempted murder howlers need to understand murder better and maybe a bit less results orientated.  Think 2 months is about right.  Maybe if we start banning jockeys for all shoves like that where there isn't a fall, then 6 months would be right?

Thanks Doobs. At ~9/2 the field, it looks really wide open. Any views on Sealiway at a silly price?
