...and this is "3rd chip" Caleb Furth, who won last year's $1,500 WSOP PLO8.

This was playing the Limit O8 cash at Orleans the previous night. In Limit O8 everyone has mountains of (sadly, small denom) chips. Bloody love it.

The main reason for playing Limit O8 at Orleans though is the fun we have. I mean, this guy was such a bundle of fun, as you can see, & could so easily be Moulty or typhoon.

OK, those were just a few practice runs as to uploading images to blonde.

This is "2nd chip" Nathan Weisner. Quite a character.

Never played Nathan or the plo8 guy so no tips.  Always seen Nathan hanging around big O type stuff though chatting to loads of people and I think I saw him on some 25/50 big O stream as part of a line up advertised though (didn’t watch it)

While perusing the Venetian Twitter feed to see how many runners & thus qualifiers Day 1B got, I happened to see that Venetian are currently staging a Seniors Event, today was Day 1B & two names caught my eye...



Kathleen Liebert. That's Kathy, presumably? Goodness me, she's done well to still be around in today's much changed game.

...and Rory Liffey - he's a Senior now?

Good grief. He was a mere sapling when I first made his acquaintance. He was fairly boisterous in those days, though he's probably melllowed somewhat now.   

He had a very distinctive appearance, with a shock of ginger hair.

It seems Rory has changed a bit now. I could barely believe this.

Not digging him out, not at all, I guess we've all changed. There's no escaping the ravages of age.

...and while we are discussinng the ravages of age, I'm suddenly reminded of Moulty & Trevor (typhoon) last week. Look at the state of those two.

Incidentally, you may be interested to know that on the front 9 at Woodhall Spa last week, Trevor (typhoon) scored 4 Stableford points. That's 4 (FOUR).
