Hello Mr T, long time.

There is a APAT Hilo tournament at DTD on Monday, wondered if you’ll be making an appearance? Freezeout too so none of those young whippersnapers chucking it in with Q994 ready to re-enter.

I’ve played the TORSE, 2-7TD and 8 game so far, wonderful atmosphere and table talk plus at 56 I must knock at least 10 years off the average age metric.

So many hidden blondes too, was lovely to share a table with redsimon and acer(I think, me being slightly deaf didn’t help) as well as bumping into pokerpops.

Goodness me, great to hear from you, it's been a while.

Since retiring, there's never enough time to do everything, & whilst I intended to do most of the APAT events this week, Golf got in the way I'm afraid, think I played every day from Monday to Thursday, & them Gill came across for the weekend.

The APAT PLO8 is tomorrow, Sunday iirc, (not Monday) & I had intended to play it. Start time is 1pm but I've had a late invite to a Charity/Memorial Golf thing at Beeston Fields, & that's a sort of midday tee-time so I won't be finished in time for the APAT PLO8. Might pootle down in the evening for the 6 Card PLO Cash Game though & hopefully bump into you & a few of the chaps.

Monday is the APAT 4/5/6 card PLO, that's a 4pm start, but I'm golfing with Uncle Ralph (karabiner) & Red-Dog (Tom) at Wollaton at 12.12, so will miss the start but all being well should be able to sit down before 5pm so maybe I'll see you then.

What you doing with yourself these days? Really delighted to hear from you.

It seems that when you turn 78 you find out who your real friends are.

I have no shame in naming them - it was initiated by bookiebasher, & endorsed by Red Dog & Treveor "typhoon". Utter bastards.

Many Happy Returns Tony!

You must have had a right chuckle when I was telling you that it was my niece's birthday today.

I will probably/possibly remember from now on..

A recent study has shown that birthdays are good for your health. People who have more birthdays have been proven to live longer than those who don't.
