But once again, I struggled to go the pace, & even though I did very little, I was still on my feet for 3 x 14 hour consecutive days, roughly. Des & Tighty looked fresh as daisies, but I could barely stand by the time the Final ended. I just can't go the pace these days. They were very nice, & diplomatic about it , & Des said nice things, but I feel I'm letting them down, & not doing my share of the workload makes me feel very uneasy.

Right 'Pa'....time to put this one to bed. 

You punch way above your weight during APAT weekends and any suggestion otherwise is just plain wrong.  Occasionally, I wish you would take a few hours off before we reach the business end of the tournaments but as has been alluded to elsewhere in the diary, you are 'partial' to a bit of work, which you deserve huge credit for. 

Personally, I think you are looking for a bit of sympathy in the hope of getting 'burgled' at a later date by some of the ladies on blonde

Today marks the final day in an incredibly busy, but fun-filled, week. I have an appointment with Virgin (that's Virgin, not a virgin) at midday in Hammersmith, then I'm due at the WSOP-E in Leicester Square with Poker Week from 4pm to 7pm to record this week's show. I have got scores of "thank you's" to do, for all the Birthday wishes by text, e-Mail, PM, & on the Birthday Thread, for various pressies, & for the comments following my incredible luckbox performance last night on "The Sunday Showdown", where I got so lucky it caused much well-deserved mirth. So please bear with me, I gotta get to work now, but I'll respond propely later.
