I had not met this Gentleman before, & I suspect few blondes have, but he's a terrific blonde, the perfect Member as far as I'm concerned, always Posting interesting stuff. We met, bonded immdiately, & I liked him a lot. He wrote me a lovely note today - (I've not "done" my PM's yet, so apologies to him & others for the lack of replies) - & I feel I've found a new friend.

I hope you're truly feeling better and not telling fibs.  It's no joke Tikay.  Expect a stern finger wagging in a couple of weeks time.  Call it nagging if you like, but people do actually care about your well being.

There was a time when I could beat these two guys work-rate with one hand tied behind my back, but those days are gone now.

They have an appetite for work I can but envy, & they do it with a smile. You cannot begin to imagine how much work they get through at an APAT Event. Tighty does a 200 runner Update, aided & abetted by Des, who also runs the thing, takes pics of every single player, (& tags them), does Filmed Interviews, & generally Mother Hens everyone. It's embarrassing to watch them but not be able to go the pace any more. Don't ever get old, it's horrible.

And what does Tighty do after his 18 hour day is done? Yup, run a Tighty SNG. The Vic Pros were getting a bit miffed at the sound of laughter emenating from Table Tighty.

The first hand was Omaha Hi-Low, "straight", with no twirls. It was compulsory to play the hand, & 9 handed, the 4 card Hi-Lo Omaha Pot was won by Dingdell. The Board came "no-low", (it was all paint) & her winning hand?

We played Two Card Indian, too, & with the Tighty Rule "you can ask ONE Question" in place, it's surprising what skill was used by the craftier participants.

5 of us hit one Flop, but ITB asked "has anyone hit two pair?". Clever question that - he had, but never knew it, but he knew nobody else had, & we all knew he had. If that makes sense.

I'm sorry to say last night was another organisational disaster. But it'll soon be hunky-dory.
