Just to tease the girlies, look at this beauty.
Interesting colour, & those knobbly tyres are a refinement, probably added as an extra, & not original equipment.
Now that's a great gas bottle sack barrow.
It's hard to ever remember seeing a better example, EVER. Absolute perfection.

You are on my Waiting List - but you've not returned my (very kind) message yet.
Simon Trumper, too, for his Result yesterday, & Claw on Saturday - the blonde Stakers are wreaking havoc!
Your turn will come, but let's be fair, the Sack Barrows had to take priority.
My heads a bit all over the place today, things going off bts, da de da.

A Classic. Simple but functional.
A Sack Barrow is for life, not just Christmas.

Stockwood Discovery Centre?
Is that the Mossman collection and Stockwood Museum? I live right near that. Don't ever recall hearing it called by the former name. There used to be this great little craft shop where a smith/numerous-other-crafts-man used to do a lot of repair work on practically everything for pennies all while allowing people to come in and watch him at work. Old books and coal fire implements being a main one. I used to enjoy that shop while young. I was sad to hear that he died a few years ago from fumes in his little workshop, which a current day H&S person probably would have killed to get at.

Will do all the "outstanding" replies later, gotta go now, rehearsals start at 8.15.
Been a right bugger of a day. I went into M & S this morning (yuk) to get a black tie for tomorrow, & mistakenly purchased a dark brown one. Damn damn damn.
Then the two wreaths went wrong, & I had to re-order from a different florist.
I've decided to drive down to Hickstead, just south of Crawley, tonight, & stay at The Hickstead Lodge. It's very peaceful there, & I can gather myself, & have a private 5 mins "with Brendan", first thing in the morning, by the lake there. I prefer the real sadness to be in private, funerals are stiff upper lip jobs.
Then it's up to Cuckfield (pronounced CookField) to collect the wreaths, thence on to Worth for the Funeral.
I'd like to take some pics, for the blondes, at the Funeral, but I'm not entirely sure if it's deemed right & proper so to do.
Not entirely looking forward to tomorrow.
The Lord giveth, & the Lord taketh away. Not, as a rule, fairly though.

Ding, if you can't appreciate this MDSB for the thing of beauty that it clearly is, I feel for you, I truly do.
There's also a multi-dimensional green wheelie bin near the skip in the G Luton car park that's as close to a perfect model as I have ever seen. If I remember to take my camera on Wednesday I'll get some shots for sure...
