In case you missed it.

In "The Lounge", there is a debate about some loony doomsday theory, & you can't win these arguments, once a nutter, always a nutter, it's probably best to just nod agreement, & move swiftly on.

But it went on & on. And on. Now, it's almost become a tradition on blonde that these sort of Threads get diverted by humour, it diffuses the heat out of the debate a treat. And recently, bolty & Totalise have taken to doing "exchanges" to liven these thing up, as have bolty & Tank.

So, overnight, in response to "the human brain has/has not evolved in the last 100 years", bolty said this......

i find it difficult to believe that for 10,000 years fuck all any good was invented then in the past 100 years we've had all the best stuff like: electric toothbrush, the playboy channel, eyebrow trimmers, silly putty and teenage mutant ninja turtles.

This deserves a mention.

In the Luton £150 job on Boxing Day,with 16 players left i get moved to table Ding/Chompy.Just after i sit down a short stack doubles up twice with pocket 10's in consecutive hands. 5 minutes later i get dealt pocket 10's,and then the next hand i get them again! Shortly after,Tracey doubles up with 10's against my 99,the next hand she looks at her cards and bursts out laughing, yep incredibly she had 10's.
If that's not enough to convince you that live poker is clearly rigged, then this happened shortly after, we had an all in and call on our table,AQ v Q10,flop is dealt 333. A few minutes later on the other table there is an all in and a call,AQ v Q10,flop 333!!!! Bizarre stuff.

Wow a real 10's double-up frenzy there. In the £50 re-buy at Walsall Grosvenor on Friday night I had to wait 5 hours for my first pair. It was 10's as well. Then I went home.

even more bizarrely 10s were my exit hand from aforementioned £150. Definitive proof of riggedness imo

Happy New Year to Spacefrog, an exception to the rule that the French have no sense of humour - except in their clothes, & food.

on friday night, i called trevor payne's all in with JJ and the BB called to, we checked it down to the river. the board was 444Q9. The bb was 1st to act on the river and rather than checking turned his hand over ( 10 10 ) so i bet 5000 and he insta called lol.

A dancing scallywag, nice boy, 12 or so, tried a delicious moody on our table.

It's Heads-Up, after the Turn.....

  two spades

Scallywag bets, Hero calls. But Hero thinks this is the River, & shows, with pride, his offsuit 5.

The blank River now produces a big heave-ho from young scallywag, repping the flush, or higher straight. Hero was having none of that Level 4 nonsense, & Called. Correctly.

He's auditioning for Alex's Dancing Team. Think Level 4.
