I'm a google geek.
That most perfect of Home Pages is a thing of wonder, no third-party shite, a 100% fit for purpose user-friendly gateway page. It's good to recognize & admire perfection.
On that HomePage, they sometimes "theme" the word "google", on religious holidays, National Days, da de da.
They have themed it today -
but I don't understand it
. (Attempts to C & P it failed). It's a series of dots & dashes which I assume somehow relate to the word "google".
Anyone know what that's all about?
For those that are not quite as internet savvy as myself
, the addresss of google is.....
http://www.google.co.uk/
Tried hovering over the image with your mouse and seeing the tooltip that's shown?
Good grief! Never knew that. Even one as internettly worldly-wise as myself never knew that.
Do you know why they have that "I'm Feeling Lucky" box, & does it throw up different results? In a page so sparse & utilitarian, it seems odd that google persist with it.
http://www.google.co.uk/ig
is a better page to start from as you can have other
useful stuff
on the page saving you from having to go and fetch it.
Daniel!
Since when were horoscopes "useful"?
I mean, for goodness sake, that's just ridic.
SIGH!!
Stuff YOU find useful - that's the key. I don't have the horoscopes on my igoogle page. You can remove what you want and add other widgets.
Oh, I see.
It's still just wrong.

You use Internet Explorer - now that's wrong!

If you click on the themed logo it does a google search of whatever the theme is.
Yup.
And if you hover your mouse over the thingy it tells you what the theme is. Stick close, & I'll wise you up.

Whats really worrying is that since iv'e turned 40 half the women i see seem attractive to me.. that cant be right can it?
Funny how standards lower with age... also scary how many women you fancy end up being young enough to be your daughter...yeeesh !
Chamberlain...I would
You know when your starting to get older. Its when you pass the school/college gates at kick out time and realise its all the mums your checking out
40+ = wider starting range imo
