A special talent for photographing bollards.
Talking of which, I could tell you a lovely story about the guy - a Yorkshireman - who invented cats-eyes.
Percy Shaw. My father in law.
An extraordinary character, by all accounts.
But your father-in-law? Explain, please?

His name was also Percy Shaw.
Interestingly, he invented a special type of Allen key, the design and patent for which he sold to R.E.M.E. for the price of a bowl of rice.

Because your flash has an effective range of approx 10ft, anything beyond that will just look darker cos the camera thinks it is going to photograph a well lit scene.
It always amuses me when peeps at concerts try to take flash pics from 300 yards away.
I have seen people take photographs of fireworks displays with a flash.
When they were indoors.
Behind a window.
I'm guessing the photos didn't come out too well.

Saw Brian Wilson at the Rio today.
He asked me to say hello to all his friends on Blonde.
I might be jumping the gun but it seemed to a different more modest and contrite version of Brian.
He's just got married and is not gambling at the moment. I hope everything turns out well for him.

This interested me on so many levels.
He is a very fine player, too, a blonde, & with a really great game. In fact, I've rarely seen a 19 year old with such composure, or game, as this lad.
Note another well-known blonde in the background.
this young lad is probably one of the hottest young talents in the uk today. A hugely impressive knowledge and a great record in 6max and mtt's. 100% 810ofclubs will be a big name in the coming years.

Interesting place to bump into someone who doesn't gamble Keith!

Did he bump into him twice?
I hope Brian does sort things out though.

Where's your big announcement about your sky duties ?
Oops, I forgot about that.
About 6 peeps asked me about it at the weekend, too. Wish I'd kept schtum now!
It's on the list.
But it's not "big" as such, & it's certainly not interesting. It's just, like, kind of awkward, uncomfortable. Sort of like telling your Missus you've been sleeping with another woman. Or man. You never know how they will percieve it, do you?

Nothing awkward or uncomfortable about it.
Always warm the pot first, and make sure you have plenty of milk and sugar on the round.
