And the contest devolves into dual nationalistic chanting. A fitting end.

Fair play to Yang, he's played the most poker at this final table. Made some dodgy calls and got lucky once or twice but overall, he's played pretty good and went out to win it, especially heads up, Lam was far to passive (weak). Most times when Yang went in, he had decent cards. Congratulations Yang $8.25m - nice touch

I thought he was a total donk at first. But he's actually not too bad, he just plays a little bit unorthodox with the size of his bets etc. To to fair he got his money in with the best hand virtually every time and some of his early crazy plays got him paid off by better players who called/pushed with weaker hands and they should have known better than to do that against him.

I think that Yang played the best poker at the start of the final table and was at that time the only person who appeared to be playing to win. He made alot of very dodgy calls some hit for him some didn't but his huge chip lead at the time meant he could cope with the losses. Did he deserve to win overall? Not sure as I haven't seen it from about 3am. If he played heads up like he did at the start of the FT then I guess it was deserved. I just don't like alot of his calls, although that A9 was either inspired or insane.

If you have never called with A9 in a spot like that then you ain't a good player imo.
