Still unable to deposit on virgin,

I deposited into my neteller account, then tried to transfer to virgin but it says "neteller account already in use with other user"   So i must of set up another virgin account the last time blonde and vigin had a promo but i have forgotten all my log in details (you need ya user name in order to recieve ya password and i dont know either)

Sorry team but after a very physical rugby training session, im down and out in a heap on my bed with a bad neck and bad thumb so couldnt make tonight.
