Purely for one magical moment it has to be Peter Enckelman:-

I once went out with Gary Sprakes daughter, another chap blighted by one mistake.
Though my votes goes to Shilton

As much as I dislike all things Man Utd related, Schmeichel was a class apart from any other keeper I can think of.

I was too young to see the likes of Banks and Yashin, memories of Mexico 86 and Italia 90 are still too fresh for Shilton to be remembered fondly (I always preferred Clemence anyway) and no-one else really stayed at the top of their game for long enough to be considered.

Schmeichel all the way for me.
