Still waiting to start, they're doing the walk-ons now.

I was going to take a few photos, when, and this is no joke, the waitress next to me sees my camera, and then asks me if I know anywhere where she can get some electronic alarms that are equipped with an infra-red beam...

by the way it is definitely BARBARA, not Brenda Gibson.

I could go into a long protracted explanation as to why I kept changing my mind about this, suffice to say I WAS STITCHED UP GUV!

Anyways on with the poker, it should be great with some genuinely class players at the table.

Blinds will start at 4k/8k with a 500 ante, then go to 6k/12k with a 500 ante, 8k/16k with 1k, then 10k/20k with 1.5k.

The slight ante change was due the colouring up of the 100 chips, but Jon Raab didn't want the increase each level to be too huge for the players.

Ok, we definitely are off now...

First hand and there's a bit of excitement...

Chris Hooper calls for 8k, all passed round to Ian Cox in the BB who raises 25k more.

Chris calls and we see a flop.

Flop comes two hearts .

Ian checks, Chris bets 15k, Ian check raises to 45k. Chris Calls.

The turn is the .

Ian immediately pushes, and chris shortly folds...

A nice start for Ian Cox as he takes down the 150+k pot..
