It aint rocket science, although it took me a lot of years to realise ... But, I have worked out that if i eat pies and chips and cakes, I put weight on ... If i dont eat them, I lose weight. It ereally is that simple.

And for once I agree with Adam, PUT DOWN THE FORK AND STEP AWAY FROM THE CAKE !! Smiley

Or how about the obese bloke that went to the doctors and asked for an operation to help him lose weight ... The doc chopped off his legs !!   The patient asked how that will make him lose weight ??  The Doc says, it will stop you walking to the bloody fridge !!

weeks worth of all that, mmmmmmm that would be FRESH by day 6/7

what about the meat / fish to go with it?

week full of frozen food under a tenner for family of 4.

Probably £30 - £40 for proper dinners.

i shop every week for MY familiy Kev, and I'm spot on

and you freeze the meat the day you buy it, so of course it's fresh when you eat it

Mate you must have 1 carrot and one spud each, cos you cannot feed a family of 4 with veg for a week for £3 quid.

chicken for 3 meals £5

Is cheap chicken OK to eat? Pumped full of antibiotics, free range chickens live in their own shit packed into huge barns, have seen at least 2 TV shows about this but organic chicken is now £10 for 2 breasts in my local Tescos.

Asked this on another forum and got laughed at "of course it's fine to eat"
