Has anyone ever had a problem with their coccyx?

Mine aches everytime I sit down, more so today, and has done for several weeks now.

I'm am going to book a doctor's appointment asap, but was just wondering if anyone else had encountered a similar issue.

Hope it's nothing serious.

Because I can feel it when I sit down.

My posture in general is probably quite bad. I also suffer from back pain after sitting in the car for in excess of an hour.

I'm hoping it's a posture problem rather than a tumor or something similarly frightening.

Lol, I hope not, I've already got one of those on my neck. I don't want another!

If it was a cyst though, would it not hurt all the time rather than just when I put pressure on it. And also, would I not be able to feel a squishy lump somewhere on the bone?

you probably need some padding down there snoops, either start eating a load of burgers instead of that rabbit food or maybe you just could carry a rubber ring around with you  Wink

cos your coccyx is in fact your tailbone maybe you should tuck it in more when you sit down !!!

I've already had the one in my neck checked out and they said it was a cyst and that I could have it removed if it grows.

Maybe the hospital could do me a two for one offer.
