Robs face was a picture! Nice to see Alistair and Nina from G casino Luton there - welcomed by Simon Trumper - Nina won her first ever live sit and go - her face was almost as delighted as Robs!!

Hi I was on the first table with you and Barry, well played !

Tell me.......when the flop came A A 10.......and you bet.....did you have the Ace ? I had the 10 and was thinking about putting you to a decision.

If he bet, he didn't have the A  Wink Cool

This was a hand I was involved in Tom - so the question still is "Did you have the ace?" Does the answer change now you know it was me that bet out?

I think are probably capable of betting with or without the ace, and then looking totally innocent. I would have set you in if I had the 10......Maybe.....

hi all

Just to put the record straight, I was not escorted off the premises at DTD I choose to leave of my own accord. So please if you are going to write stories please get your facts right or you will look like a twat when someone tells the truth.

im sorry ken you seem a decent guy , buttttttttttttttttttttt to use language like that on a poker forum  is disgusting  , i will be formally writing to gala telling them that as a proffesional representing a corporate body you (or they) should consider your position.

you should welcome the competion dtd brings to the poker community , it will enhance your role and make it more viable and unless you embrace it you have no future working with US AS PLAYERS.

PLEASE APOLOGISE OR DELETE YOUR POST.

Ken has sent me a pm (probably just not me) about thursday nights event and insists that he was not escorted from the premises. To be honest i don't think it really matters , DTD is now up and running. I will never personally play poker at Gala Notts again (not that they will care as i wasn't a donator at the tables) due to recent events and Galas role in recent months is frankly dispicable. If Rob did chuck him out, good on him.

i think all this is discusting ,how can you ken justify walking into dtd after all that has gone of .

to think he let you join in the first place says what type of man rob is .

then you have the cheek to walk in to see who is there from the gala.

not only that your getting people to ring up to get them back into gala .

look tell your directors its you lot who have shot yourselfs in the foot ,through letting people come in and blatantly cheat.

thats why so many people stopped coming in the first place .

come on ken admit it on here you've lost.

I've had this image for a while now of the only people left playing in Gala Nottm. are all of the cheats and chisellers.

Mr Karabiner, that statement is a little unfair.  Yes there are people who cheat in the poker room at Gala Notts, nobody can deny that, but there are plenty of decent people who play there who will continue to do so from time to time even though DTD has now opened.  You do not like Gala - fine, but it's not fair to sling the mud at decent people who just go there for a night out.

Im sure there are plenty of respectable players left in Gala such as yourself, but why on earth would you stay one moment in a club which in your own words 'Yes there are people who cheat in the poker room at Gala Notts, nobody can deny that'.. Its like when people who claim that Stars/Party/Tilt etc is rigged but stay there week in week out.

Every poker room I have been in has its fair share of cheats, low life's and angle shooters just like every where else in society.
