wednesday 28th november

going home day.

check out of the room at midday and our flight leaves at just after midnight.

Time for some last minute shopping and a final MacDonalds. We make our way to the ferry terminal for the short crossing to Hong Kong International Airport. Booder entrusts me to book the tickets and surprise surprise i cock it up and book us on the ferry to Hong Kong Central. No drama , a half mile walk with heavy suitcases later and we are boarding the train to the airport.Time for a snack and a beer ,and i am able to have a nap in the airport lounge before we board the plane. Once aboard, i am asleep before takeoff ....standard.

The rain greets us as we disembark at Gatwick 13 hours later and there is just time for a quick smoke before i bid farewell to Booder. Its a long way to go for a poker tournament, but if i had the chance would i do it again ?

HELL YEAH

LOL nice work mate. Booder was scribbling things down the whole trip, some of the pictures are a bit suspect and he caught me off guard. Im gona add my diray/trip report here in a day or two which should prove quite entertaining as i was on life tilt for sustained periods on a few days.
