I'm surprised that the girls managed to find the time to attend this contest, given that they care for the disabled, do voluntary work as nurses in poor countries, look after their grand parents, are surragate mothers to their smaller brothers and spend 22 hours a day praying for world peace

it was 1982 i believe

and she was miss venezuela

she was touring various pubs ran by Belhaven brewerys ( in Dunbar )

i know ..i know...the glamour of it all.........lol

i got her autograph

shame i was only 11



all i remember was that she very tall......as were all women at that age strangely enough
