Keep the updates coming for the rising star Håkon Bentsen. Some information about who his tablemates are would be nice too.
Afraid we think he's out. Can't spot him at any tables and checking in with the Norwegian bloggers and they don't know what happened to him either. With the average at 270k and him coming back with around 145k at the break, he's probably decided to take a shot for the real money now that he had $16k guaranteed. Sorry folks.

Sorry, no he's out. The board didn't provide any Aces matching his own A-T against Elky's pocket Tens.

Yep, got it confirmed now. But he's played a hell of a game for someone not that experienced in big live tournaments. And 16000$ cant hurt too much
Thanks a lot for the updates you have given on him.

According to champion railer Andy Lowe, Stuart Taylor has departed after "running into Aces". Unfortunately for the patriots, this means there are just two flag fliers remaning - Asa Smith and Craig Hopkins.

Gotta say snoops, your tip for Eric Lynch for final table spot is looking strong - can see him being joined by David Pham, a Van den Berg and Will Thorson (the guy just hangs in there).

Mike Gorodinsky has just survived an all-in. He pushed for 70k on a
and received an expected grilling from his Brazilian opponent, Eugenio Carmoneto. "Do you want me to call?" he asks. "I'd prefer you fold to tell you the truth," replied Gorodinsky, and on that note, Carmoneto did indeed fold. "May I ask what you had?" requested Gorodinsky politely. "A-K," revealed Carmonet. "You?" "Ace Ten," was the answer. It's all very nicey nicey, but I wonder if anyone is suffering from fibitus.

William Thorson is being hotly tipped by a host of media outlets, especially the Swedish press. They consider him to be very sure of himself, if a little arrogant, but possessing enough confidence in his own abilities to go all the way.
However, he did just lose a pot to next door neighbour Alex Michaels, Thorson calling a 22k to 80k re-raise on a
board before checking down the
River. Thorson showed
for two pair, but found himself unfortunately Rivered by Michaels'
.
