who's choice is it to have the radio on at work?
pop it onto Radio 4....watch her fall asleep, tape her mouth up, and then put Century back on..job done
Hers it seems, she plays it through her comp... We had nothing on before which was fine... Unfortunately the other 2 women in the office seem quite happy with Century...
radio2 is best for the ladies..Terry wogan is great.
when I grow old I hope to be a cross between Terry Wogan and Tikay, smooth, lovable but cheeky with a glint in the eye....and able to play poker.
Wogan plays poker?
yes, and Tikay is the lovable but cheeky with a glint in his eye

Only if it's 'broadcast' to the public. Not sure how many people would have to be in audible range for it to constitute a broadcast or performance.
I read in the paper it's if more than one person can hear it, nothing to do with the public, the example they gave was a husband and wife working from home should have to pay.

Ask her if she would mind humming a little louder. Tell her it really turns you on.

What about if they each have a radio on??

If one is working and the other one isn't, would they have to pay?

Ask her if she would mind humming a little louder. Tell her it really turns you on.
There's the answer.
Next case.
But I'm truly astonished that Staff are permitted to listen to the radio whilst working. They'll be allowed to use the Office PC for surfing the internert, next, or make & take calls on their mobiles. Or blokes will go to the office without a suit & tie, perish the thought.
Pfft.

Now that is an answer from a genius... The only thing wrong with it is if she is a Croc, then she will be humming all day even louder, then u will have to slap her...

get headphones and plug em into your computer and listen to whatever you want. thats what i do.
girl next to me sings a lot, but shes mental so it makes me laugh, especially when she does it when the compnay owners are hovering behind us during a crisis.

shouldn't they be sorting out the crisis rather than worrying about the vacuuming?
