I RED-DOG, being of sound mind and bacon, do solemnly swear, that I will go on a diet, and stay on it until I am under 13st.

I think 13 stone would be a bit optimistic for you, Tom, having seen you on Saturday. Why not be more realistic & aim to get it down to 15 stone, then go from there?

I think Caroline has written a book.

I don't know how he does it, but Tony has somehow managed to lower the tone of my diary again.

There I am, happily reminiscing about ZX Spectrums, and he comes on and posts lurid stuff about pineapples. Then, before I know it, I'm at it too.

I'm too easily led. That's my problem.

You were an embarrassment to me at DTD on Saturday, with your crass sexual innuendo stuff.

"Ooh yes, I have always been big".

Karabiner would have been so much more subtle.

In a similar vein, walking this has just been added to my bucket list.

Hi tom
I was nice to see you at DTD the other day.

The Pembrokeshire coat path is one of the best parts of the walk.

As you can see on this link you have a diverse range of scenery all in a national park.

It looks fabulous Dai.

I have the germ of a plan already.

186 miles = a fortnight's walking.

I could take Mrs Red and we could sleep in the van.

If I bolt one of those bike-rack thing's to the tow-bar, I can take my bike too. that way, at the end of each day I could cycle back and fetch the van up to our present position.

This could be a goer.
