Sheds - Its a biological time bomb built into all men, I am sure of it - somewhere between 30 and 35 suddenly they become very appealing and you must have one.

Cutting the grass is the same you spend the first 30 years of your life not wanting to do it and the next 30 years wanting it to be perfect and done just so.

I have spent the best part of 38 years cutting the grass and still loathe it. The idea of wanting to do it 'just so' is anathema to me.

I have finally seen the benefit of a shed though. In my case it's a corner of the garage but it has shed like properties.

I like cutting the grass, but I cba with 'just so'. Near enough is good enough for me.

I long for a shed.

'er in doors never moans about what I buy or do but for some bizarre reason whenever I mention I want a shed she goes off on one.

I also despise cutting the grass but fortunately I have a 15 year old lad who loves it Smiley

I don't mind cutting the grass, not so keen on having to do it twice weekly past month due to the weather.

Not fussed about sheds, even though i have two, just get filled to the brim with stuff.

Would love to have a decent log cabin with pool table/gym in though

Now you're talking.

Room for a poker table and a fridge.

No no no. You've got the whole thing completely wrong. Sheds don't have luxuries. They have basics, otherwise they become houses.

You can have a chair, a light, a window, a pot bellied stove, a book and a radio.

That's not a shed. That's a man cave.

I wonder if that's really any different from the kids who spend hours in their bedroom playing on Xbox?

I wonder how long your Scalextric track would have to be to replicate say, Brands Hatch to scale?

And if the cars are say, one sixteenths the size of a real one, would it fly off the track at one sixteenth the speed on the same corner that a full size car would come to grief on?

Of course it's different Tom ! ha.
they just stare at a tv screen, this was real  Smiley
I would think it would require a large shed for a brands hatch replica.

If Tony sees that exclamation mark, we'll both deny all knowledge of it.

I would think the scale ratio between size of car, and speed of car was not proportionate, if that makes sense,
