I'm still confused as to which one your joke was: making the mark of a Scotland flag on the photo or pretending you hadn't noticed.

The most inappropriate thing is the top the lady The Joker is talking to appears nearly to be wearing.

The pallets of gold could also only be of a certain height in case they fell through the floor.

I once worked on a project which involved sending out hundreds of thousands of questionnaires and processing them when they came back.

At the end of one of the planning meetings the chair asked for AOB, in the manner of not expecting a response, as everyone began tidying up to leave.  The facilities manager though did say that he had some news.  "I've been doing some calculations" he announced "around the weight of the questionnaire and accompanying mail etc.  Obviously these are just estimates at this time"  he cautioned. "I have also obtained the safety load for the floor that will store the questionnaires" he added.  "I'm fairly certain that before all the anticipated mail is received,  the floor will collapse on to the offices below, crushing everyone working there"  He paused for a second and then began to gather up his papers as if he hadn't really revealed anything of importance to his jaw-dropped audience.

I think I was a tiny bit miffed when you explained your excellent Scotland joke so I posted the cartoon as a jokey way of pointing that out.

After I posted it I thought it looked more like a rebuke than a joke, and anyway, I actually do need most things explaining to me so I have no room to complain.

So I felt guilty and it was night time, and in the night time simple things have a way of taking on more significance than they are entitled to.

So anyway....  No offence intended.

A case of whoosh and rewhoosh. Neither of us knew what was going on.

Reminds me of when I played the UKPC last autumn...Those poor pros had no idea what I was up to. Sadly, their confusion was all too short lived.

All good.

As his tikayness would ejaculate, next case!

I've  been  walking on the canal towpaths quite a lot lately and yesterday I saw this. It puzzled me so much I had to knock on the door and ask the owner what it was for.

Speaking of canals, this was sent to me today. It was apparently one of several dotted around.
