Amazing achievement by the young lad. People who have never fought someone who trains professionally really have no idea just how fast, strong and incredibly fit they are. It looks easy when we watch it on the TV but it really isn't.
He really must have a natural gift to have been able to do this with such limited training.
Does he have aspirations to go professional? Be an interesting story to follow that's for sure.
Joby has 4 older sisters and 6 older brothers. As kids they were loved, but they didn't have what you might call a genteel upbringing.
When Mrs Red and I used to go and see them it was like visiting a pack of wolves. They spent every waking hour outdoors, mostly hunting and fishing to help out with the food rations or sitting around the camp-fire, cooking what they had caught.
Every one of them was tanned, lean, sinewy and as hard as nails. Fights broke out so often that they barely drew attention, cuts, bruises and the occasional fracture neither got or required sympathy. They were as close to wild as it's possible to be in a civilised country.
If Joby were to join a good gym and get some proper coaching, he could go a very long way IMO. he might do that, or he might take a couple of terriers and go rabbiting instead.
