Tom, do you have an account on Fullt Tilt?
They started a new concept yesterday called Rush poker
http://blondepoker.com/forum/index.php?topic=46403.0;topicseen
Its quite crazy and will take people a while to get there heads around but people are saying that you cant use tracker software on it so we all are finally on a level playing field again.

I don't play on Full Tilt for two reasons Jim. One, they wouldn't let me withdraw back to the same card I used to deposit, and two, their customer service is non existant.
I think Rush poker will be on other sites soon.

They say it's patent pending so that could be an issue, but I guess it depends what the patent actually covers and whether or not it's granted.

And how do they enforce it? If a poker site can hold players ring fenced funds to ransom without fear of retribution, why should they worry about a piffling little patent?

Please God no. Everything has to be instant gratification now.
Test Cricket & County Cricket were THE most wonderful spectacles in the 60's, then some idiot came up with Limited Over Cricket, then ODI's, 20/20, & all that nonsense. They never caught on, either. Much.
I'm struggling to see why anyone would enjoy Rush Poker. Fast is good? Faster is gooder?

I've had what you might call a "Character building" couple of days.
If I can unclench my jaw before my teeth shatter, and unclench my fists enough to operate the keyboard, I might be able to tell you about it.

It's no good, I can't write about it, you will have to settle for cliff notes.
For weeks and weeks my internet connection has been dreadfully slow. about a month ago I decided to try to do something about it.
I rang AOL and got the message (You always get this message)
"Due to exceptionally high call volumes, all of our representatives are currently busy helping other customers. However, your call is important to us, and we will answer it as soon as possible"
I listened to incredibly annoying music for an hour or so and then spoke to a pleasant chap at an Indian call centere. he told me to clear my cache and delete my cookies.
It didn't work.
The next day I rang AOL and got the message,
"Due to exceptionally high call volumes, all of our representatives are currently busy helping other customers. However, your call is important to us, and we will answer it as soon as possible"
I listened to incredibly annoying music for an hour or so and then spoke to a pleasant chap at an Indian call centere. he told me to Change the settings on the router.
It didn't work.

I listened to incredibly annoying music for an hour or so and then spoke to a pleasant chap at an Indian call centere. he told me to do three speed tests over the course the next three days.
It didn't work
Three days later, I rang AOL and got the message,
"Due to exceptionally high call volumes, all of our representatives are currently busy helping other customers. However, your call is important to us, and we will answer it as soon as possible"

They didn't send one.

I listened to incredibly annoying music for an hour or so and then spoke to a pleasant chap at an Indian call centere. he told me that they had not sent the router because I hadn't signed a new contract.
I told him that they had agreed to send one without a new contract.
He said they would send one within 5 days.
It arrived. It didn't work.

I was elevated to level 2.
When at level 2, I did all the things I did at level one all over again.
In the meanwhile, I got stacked by a horrible outdraw on Ladbrokes, I tried to reload and couldn't access the cashier.
I rang Ladbrokes and they said there was an upgrade in progress, and would I delete the software and re load it?
I deleted it. When I try to re load, it locks up half way through.
As we speak, I am hanging on the phone to AOL, listening to annoying music. as I have been for two entire days.
I started today at 10am, it is now 10pm and I am crying.
