There's an amazing phenomenon here. Outside everything is bathed in bright sunshine, but the air is filled with tiny ice crystals.

It looks like the world is being sprinkled with fairy dust.

The official meteorological term for that is Diamond Dust, amazingly enough!

I can imagine it's pretty hard to photograph.  Not as hard as Scotch Mist, but not the simplest thing to capture.

I'm looking into eating. Well to be more accurate I'm looking at how often we eat.

How come three square meals a day is the accepted norm? Is that right do you think?

Should we eat smaller amounts more frequently, or vice versa?

Opinions, advice, personal experiences, links to articles etc all welcome.

broscience used to be you had to eat 6 small meals a day to keep your metabolism revved up. now intermittent fasting is the cool thing to do, check out leangains.com. ain't no rocket surgery imo, eat enough whenever you like so you have some energy and enjoy your meals but don't eat so much that you get fat. there's a billion pages on the internet discussing the minutiae. 2+2, performance menu, crossfit, irongarm plus many others all have H&F forums that endlessly discuss nutrition. you could run searches for nutrient timing there

Whatever you do, if you follow someone's advice make sure they're a dietician, not a nutritionist.  Oh and there's lots of advice on the web like byron said, a lot of it conflicting or focusing on the finer points.  Take it all with a pinch of salt (but not too much, of course) Wink

He's a man, or a bloody ugly woman.
