While I was posting about things I've enjoyed this morning, I realised that I was enjoying doing it.
Telling someone about something you enjoyed is almost like re-living the experience. it gives you the chance to enjoy it all over again, and maybe even allows someone else to enjoy it.
So I'm going to request that you tell us about something that you enjoyed. It can be anything, a holiday, a kiss, a pie...
You might only need a couple of lines. Go on, have a go, it will enhance your life.
