It's unexpectedly windy at Chez Rouge today. No one warned me....

I wonder how Arsenal are doing?

We're at home to manure in the big sky game at 4pm.

Missing a fair few key players for one reason or another, mostly through injury with all four specialist full-backs still out.

I'm a lot more hopeful than confident.

However liverpoo losing and chelski drawing were both good results for us vis-a-vis a top-four finish which would ensure playing Champion's League football next season, and the healthy revenue that comes with it.

Even on the A82, it was possible to drive for an hour or more without seeing another vehicle. Even the thought of the car breaking down, or running out of juice, scared me.

The A82 actually starts in the centre of Glasgow, so I understand your unease    It finishes up in Inverness.  There is something I like about the simplicity of "turn off the m8 at junction 17 and just carry straight on for 160 miles". 

Brings a whole new meaning to the word "straight", too....

Whatever spin anyone puts on this whole affair, navigating that vessel so close to shore was grossly irresponsible. It's be like flying a 747 or A380 full of passengers right across London at 300 feet.

Today's instalment of a fierce rivalry is probably the lesser of the games on Sky today. The game imvolving each.or our geographic rivals may be bigger, especially if Manchester City fail to win
