Arsenals new ground used to be where all the waste carriers yards were right dump it was !
I carried out the initial site investigation drilling for the new clubs design
That and a bit of tikays concrete and voila
A shiny new stadium
did you see a company there called "Fitz-Patricks" who hire out JCB's etc all over London and the south east? (think they may be called one-call now)

Half-Time report.

Arsenal have been super super unlucky, the linesman & ref hates us though. We have dominated possession & goal chances. We have the best goalie, midfield, & attack in the Premiership, bar none.

#AFCWillNeverBeDefeated

Score - A C Milan 2, Arsenal 0.

I just googled 'Arsenal latest' and opened the first two reports that came up.

Both contained loads of wordy stuff about last nights game, but neither one saw fit to mention the final score. (At least not before I had lost the will to live).

However, judging by the distinct absentia cantantes on here this morning, I think it's safe to assume that we lost.

Girlie News.

The month of spring/summer 2012 womenswear collections finished on a high on Tuesday as Miuccia Prada and her team played with sweet, girlie looks at Miu and Miu and Marc Jacobs did much the same at Louis Vuitton.

More girlie news from our roving reporter.

Correct. We were super unlucky, best players, best midfield, best everything, shocking linesman & ref though, & Vermaelen wore the wrong studs.

#AFCWillNeverBeDefeated.

A C Milan 4, Arsenal 0.

No sweat, we will super crush them in the second leg.

And Finally.....

Mattel Inc, the U.S. maker of Barbie dolls, said this week it will release a special two-doll set in April to mark the one-year anniversary of Prince William and Kate Middleton's wedding at Westminster Abbey.

This story is also the answer to the "Who will celebrate a year in plastic?" question from my popular news quiz.

Lol.

Jaffa is a gifted pro, (Evidence his pennage when he puts his mind to it) and a 'Yoof' corrie was a stroke of genius.

It's like the Barnsley Echo v Roiters. (I can however boast a nice litter of Bedlington x Whippet puppies in my Classifieds section).

It's gonna piss rain on Saturday.  This is seriously hindering our geocaching plans and I'm not impressed.  We're heading out shopping for wet weather gear tomorrow.  Shopping and then trudging around in the pissing rain.  Yay!

Please! Reuters.

Seriously, how good a piece of writing was that by Jaffa?

Like you, he clearly has a gift for writing. And yes, I'm jealous.

Ooh!

So much of interest (Well to me anyway) there.

More info please, speshly re geocaching. Have you been before, or is this a first?

Also, Why the sudden need for wet weather gear? Are we talking a polly mack & a brolly for popping to the offy or some serious stuff from say, Berghaus for yomping around Leicestershire?
